Returns/ Refunds

We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair. The items must be mailed for exchange in it's original condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included. If you want to cancel your order before the item is shipped out please inform us Via Email.

If you want to exchange an item you will need to email us: [email protected] We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed)  Items meeting the above conditions may be returned within 5 days of the receipt for an exchange. Exclusions/Limitiations 

  1.  We do NOT accept items that aren't in their original condition 
  2.  ALL returned items must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included. 
  3. ALL purchases made at sale or clearance are FINAL!! 
  4.  ALL custom items are FINAL!! 
  5.  You MUST email us including the following information:  
  • Name, complete shipping address, email address, description of reason return, and description of the item in question. 
 Once Hair has shipped out, SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!!
